New Build Lawn Brought Back to Life

New build lawns often look disappointing for the first year or two. The turf tends to be laid quickly at the end of the build, on ground compacted by machinery and with very little decent topsoil underneath, so the grass never roots properly. The result is a lawn that looks thin, pale and tired, and watering alone never seems to put it right.
