Bookings made through this site are requests for a site visit or quote, not confirmed appointments — we will review each request and confirm, reschedule or, occasionally, decline it. No online payment is taken through the site at any stage.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand plans change — please let us know as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed visit. Weather-dependent outdoor work may also need to be rescheduled by us at short notice; we'll always aim to let you know as soon as possible.
